Client Dream: “I want a quiet, private get away. A modern beach bungalow where my family can gather for generations.”

Our Collaboration: We designed a coral stone base for the house that spans the height of the first floor, bringing in light from two interior courtyards. Above, the second floor is shrouded in Ipe jalousie screens that provide shade, breeze, privacy, and a bohemian flavor to the interiors.
